After the Baylands I went to Barronne's to share lunch with Miriam. That was equally satisfying. Our lunch turned into a 4 and 1/2 afternoon. How sweet to know someone you trust and respect and like so well that you can talk for 4 hours, look up and realize the afternoon has past, and that you were so enjoying and involved in the moments that you didn't even notice. THANKS MIRIAM FOR A LOVELY LOVELY AFTERNOON. Definitely , next time we will go the Allied Arts.
The last pleasant surprises of the weekend were from my children. I received phone calls from each of them and got to hear their voices. Thanks you guys, this means so much to me. Also, laughingly I learned from them how to return text messages on my cell phone. Now I know why all of the younger generation are constantly punching little keys. What a kick it is to hear your phone go BING, look down, and see a message of love and encouragement, with little smiley faces and lots of love. I struggled at first, but did figure out how to return the messages, also with lots of love.
Whoever is reading this blog, I hope you enjoy the shots of nature, further down the shots of Portland, and I hope all of you have a great week.
Love
