6/29/09 Monday evening stroll at Bay lands 7-9pm.

Monday evening we went out to the Bay lands for a walk between 7 and 9 pm. The light and colors are very different in the evening. The birds activity is a little subdued, but there were pelicans fishing and there was a beautiful giant egret guarding her nest. the pictures that most enchanted me are of a pelican and cormorant standing together on the break of the dam, and they are most definitely having a conversation!
