4/20/08 Sunday morning

The first thing I did this morning is go out with my camera to catch the first new roses and the wisteria finally in bloom and the new delphinium we planted in the court yard. These roses are 10 years old and were a wedding gift to us from Marilyn. So each spring when they blossom after the winter we are particularly  delighted. The weather is blue, sunny and cold, about 40 degrees when we wake. I have planted our wild flower seeds in the court yard but they won't sprout until the weather grows a little warmer. Counting the days til vacation in june when rest, the beach ,the garden, and maybe painting is in order.
All the best from us to you all.   D and G
